The acne treatment industry generates over a billion dollars a year in revenue, but acne is still an epidemic and not curable.
The problem is far too many acne sufferers are either not addressing their acne at all or are using the wrong products and/or too many products, which will exacerbate the issue. Despite widespread belief, acne can affect anyone?regardless of their age, race, sex and social status.
Acne is a very common skin condition and affects 50 million Americans alone?in terms of prevalence it beat out other skin conditions such as Rosacea, Eczema and Psoriasis.
The good news is it can be treated if the proper skin care regimen is applied and the wrong skin care habits are avoided. One acne treatment may work wonders for one person, but may not work for another. Skin care is not ?one size fits all? and one would have to determine which treatment is best for their condition.
